First time I heard him sing, I fell in love , my heart melted and for a minute I transcended to a place where true love existed! I was speechless,short of words ,nodding my head like an Agama lizard!
My eyes were closed when I heard Mac Eff ( the amazing producer doing the Bonanza that involves free beats n reduction on recording) shout out saying ” c no fall in love ehh” …I laughed cuz he was too late ,I am in love.
RnB Afro singer D’angel Melodie also called Mr Melodie is a force to reckon with! Been in the game since 2006 , still is and is getting ready to turn things around.
He actually got into commercial music in 2013 after having gone through a couple of adventures in his music life. Just so you know He is a smart ass!
Working for a media company ,a media planner/graphic designer and he is also a good host! Better package!He chose RnB when he discovered it was easy to express himself that way.
The Journey
It helped him be comfortable and when he sings ,he feels at home. He used to be in a band! Howz that! Back in his Lycee days this lover boy formed a band named Trio de la rhyme!…
The friendship was short lived since the rapper in the group left and they switched the name to Atomic.The last band he featured in was called Boyz One…ever heard of the song Je te Yamoh!yup they did it! And almost had a record deal from an investor from The U.S.A …
Till the producer, a few hours to the signing walks in and announces that this is not the path God chose for them…the angry investor eventually walks away!..
He was part of the MTN Make the Music competition and came out in the top 12 ..out of over 500 contestants…na wandaz that!!This kinda boosted his confidence and he wanted more!
He was signed by the manager of Dark Soul records ,but it didn’t meet up with his expectations and he left!.Started his own record label…Melozik Entertainment! Bossing up right!
